Sarah Kinsie is an experienced Human Resource professional currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at Atura Power since April 2020, where responsibilities include managing HR administrative functions for a fleet of energy centers across Ontario. Prior to this, Sarah held roles as a Human Resources Administrator and Facility Administrator at Portlands Energy Centre, contributing to HR administration and facilitating the startup of Toronto's only natural gas power plant. Sarah began their career at Rostie & Associates, focusing on staffing processes and customer service. Educational qualifications include a degree from Ryerson University and certificates in Leadership Training related to Mental Health in the Workplace and advanced root cause analysis.
