Brad Valentine dedicates his practice to representing injured people and accident victims throughout Georgia. He focuses his practice on car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injuries
Brad uses his diverse and well-rounded legal experience to obtain excellent results for his clients both inside and outside of the courtroom. He began his legal career by serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Dudley Hollingsworth Bowen, Jr. in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, where he gained expertise on how lawsuits are handled by the federal court system. He then worked at Troutman Sanders, where he advised large companies about employment laws and litigated high-dollar disputes. Brad continued his career at a boutique business and construction litigation firm, and he represented plaintiffs and defendants in various federal and state courts across the country. Through his experience, Brad discovered that individuals were generally underrepresented and without adequate legal counsel. He now provides them with the access to justice that they deserve.
Brad graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was selected and served as Managing Editor of the Georgia Law Review. Before law school, Brad graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
