Carol Contino is a seasoned professional in customer experience and service management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Excellence at Atticus, LLC since May 2023. Prior to this role, Contino was the Customer Experience Team Lead for North America at Envu from October 2022 to May 2023. A significant tenure at Bayer CropScience from June 2003 to October 2022 saw Contino excel as a Customer Service Manager in the Environmental Science division. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Customer Service Manager at American Cyanamid from 1995 to 2000. Contino holds a BA and Masters in Advertising and Mass Communications from Penn State University, earned between 1986 and 1992.
