Rachel Tomlinson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Receptionist at Jan M. McVey, OD, PC, where they managed reception duties and oversaw accounts responsible for billing and reimbursements. In 2015, they also served as a Barrett Ambassador at Arizona State University, welcoming prospective students, leading campus tours, and providing information about the program.

From 2016 to 2018, Rachel worked as a First Year Success Coach at Arizona State University, mentoring first-year students aspiring to become health professionals and providing academic support, skill development, and advocacy.

In 2018, they joined Oscar Health as a Care Guide, where they empowered members by educating them about their health insurance policies and supporting their needs with empathy and compassion. Rachel then progressed to the role of Quality Improvement Associate, leading team meetings and providing feedback to care guides to help them develop new skills. Finally, they became an Ops Quality Coach, contributing to a program that improved care guide performance through additional support and training.

In this role, Rachel diagnosed clients' legal issues, advised them on their options, and referred them to specialist lawyers as needed.

Currently, Rachel holds the position of Client Experience Team Lead at Atticus, where they lead a team focused on providing exceptional client experiences.
