Frits Saarloos has extensive experience in quality assurance, recruitment, and management within the healthcare and service sectors. Currently serving as Adviseur Kwaliteit en certificering at Attenza since August 2017, Frits manages quality themes across the organization and is responsible for developing and securing results. Previous roles include a focus on HR and recruitment at Zuster Minnaar, and extensive volunteer work with initiatives supporting education, culture, and healthcare. Frits also has a background in energy consulting with KOOS groep and held various HR and management positions at Facilicom and Becker International BV.
