Troy Lieberman currently serves as Vice President of Legal at Attentive, where responsibilities include advising the executive team and board of directors while establishing and leading teams focused on compliance, data privacy and security, litigation, intellectual property, and public policy. Previously, Troy held the position of Associate General Counsel at Attentive, also advising leadership on similar legal matters. Troy's legal career began at Nixon Peabody LLP as an Attorney and Practice Group Leader with a concentration on intellectual property, technology, and privacy litigation, including roles as deputy leader of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity practice and co-leader of the TCPA team. Earlier experience includes working as a Business Transformation Consultant at IBM Global Business Services, advising clients on business process improvements. Troy earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Colby College.
