Kate Walsh currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Support at Attentive, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Kate was the Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Support at Productboard from October 2022 to November 2023 and held the Chief Customer Officer title at Thrive for a brief period in 2022. Kate's extensive experience in customer success includes significant roles at Klaviyo as Vice President of Global Customer Success and Support from October 2019 to February 2022 and at HubSpot, where a progressive career spanned over a decade, culminating in the position of Vice President of Global Partner and Customer Success. Earlier roles include Account Manager at Dynatrace, Mortgage Consultant at Lendmark Mortgage, and Field Marketing at Red Bull.
