Erica Swint-Williams, MBA, has extensive experience in client strategy and customer success across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Client Strategy at Attentive, Erica previously held positions at Mailchimp as Senior Manager of Customer Success and at athenahealth in multiple roles including Manager of Customer Success and Manager of Client Operations and Resolution Services. Erica also worked as HIT Implementation Senior Project Manager (Consultant) for LifePoint Health® and held several roles at Community Health Systems, including Information Systems-Implementation Manager and Implementation Program Director (Consultant). Erica holds a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Newberry College.
