Emily Biederman Feldheim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client strategy and customer success. Currently serving as the Director of Client Strategy at Attentive, Emily has previously held significant roles at Sailthru, including Director of Customer Success for the West Region, as well as Customer Success Director and Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior experience also includes positions at HelloWorld, Inc. as Account Director, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager, along with an early role as Traffic Coordinator at Doner Advertising. Emily Biederman Feldheim earned a degree from Indiana University Bloomington between 2003 and 2007.
