Oliver Redpath has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Oliver started their career in 2013 as a Junior Associate at AlphaSights, where they focused on connecting industry experts and executives with clients in the global advisory community. Oliver then progressed to various roles at AlphaSights, including Associate, Manager - Consulting Accounts, and Manager - Advanced Services. In these positions, they managed accounts and relationships with global consulting clients, delivered growth by leading client and business development activities, and built and scaled a new business unit in Europe. In 2021, Oliver joined Reward Gateway as a Corporate Client Success Manager, where they worked with companies to bridge the engagement gap with their employees through improving wellbeing, recognition, rewards, and communications. Currently, Oliver is working at Attensi as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Director of Customer Success.
Oliver Redpath obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from The University of Manchester between 2010 and 2013.
