Lance Smith has extensive experience in the flooring industry, serving as the Director at Cutting Edge Carpet by Impact Property Solutions since February 1997, specializing in flooring solutions for apartment homes. Additionally, Lance holds a position on the Board of Directors for Attain, Inc. since 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Central Florida (1988-1990) and an Associate of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Santa Fe College (1986-1988). Lance also completed secondary education at Bartow Sr. High from 1984 to 1986.
