Derek Fortier is an experienced supply chain management professional currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Management at Attabotics since May 2019. In this role, Derek is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of supply chain operations, focusing on optimizing efficiency and driving business growth through oversight of procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory. Prior to this position, Derek held various roles at Weatherford from April 2008 to March 2019, including Manager of Planning & Inventory, Operations Manager, Planning & Logistics Manager, and Senior Production Planner. Derek holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, completed in December 2012.
