Rosa Esquivel, MBA, serves as the Director of Media at AT&T, where since November 2017, Rosa leads the strategic planning and execution of Consumer Media Plans targeting various segments, managing an annual media budget exceeding $150 million. Rosa has extensive experience in marketing roles at AT&T and its predecessor, Cingular Wireless, overseeing successful marketing initiatives for diverse consumer segments such as Hispanic, Asian, and Black communities. Notable accomplishments include delivering innovative marketing strategies for AT&T Wireless & Fiber products, as well as managing significant media budgets across multiple roles. Rosa holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of La Verne with a GPA of 3.96 and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Southern California.
