Raquel Noriega is a seasoned professional in the field of economics and public policy, currently serving as the Director of Federal Regulatory at AT&T since October 2015. Prior experience includes membership on the Board of Directors at the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) from 2013 to 2015, where Raquel contributed to the School and Libraries (E-rate) Committee, appointed by the FCC. Raquel also held the position of Vice President of Public Policy at Connected Nation, Inc. from 2008 to 2015 and worked as a Senior Economist for both Fundacion de Estudios de Regulacion from 2002 to 2006 and LECG, Inc. from 1998 to 2002. Raquel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, as well as a Master's Degree and is a Ph.D. Candidate (ABD) in Economics from Northwestern University.
