Erica Rawlins is a communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and corporate communications. As of May 2024, Erica serves as the Lead Communications & PR Manager at AT&T, focusing on strategic communication initiatives. Previously, Erica worked at Cricket Wireless as an External Communications & PR Manager, collaborating with various teams to advance PR and CSR goals, and also served as the Internal Communications & PR Manager, where responsibilities included creating engaging content for employees. Additional experience includes roles at S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications as a blogger, internships at APCO Worldwide and The Brandman Agency, and a global events internship at CARE. Erica holds a Master of Science in Public Relations and a Master of Arts in International Relations from Syracuse University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Clark Atlanta University.
