Allen Waddell has extensive experience in customer care and technical management, currently serving as a Technical Associate Director and Area Services Manager at AT&T Cybersecurity since September 2018, while also holding the position of Global Customer Care Manager at AlienVault. Prior to these roles, Allen was the Call Center Manager at Aramark Healthcare starting in November 2016 and worked as a Senior Support Manager at GE Healthcare from March 2005 to 2016.
