Dawn Laird, MBA, CEBS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the field of HR and benefits administration. Dawn most recently served as the Sr. Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at Aviation Technical Services. Prior to that, they were the Director of Compensation & Benefits at The Everett Clinic for six years. Dawn also gained experience at Vertafore where they held multiple positions including Director of Compensation & Benefits, Manager of Compensation & Benefits, and Benefits Manager. Dawn also worked as a Sr. Benefits Specialist at Gaming Consultants, Inc. and as an HR Consultant at HR Generalist and Consultant. Earlier in their career, they served as the Vice President of Administration at Northwestern Aircraft Capital Corp and as the Benefits Manager at Advanced Radio Telecom Corp. Dawn began their career as a Benefits Specialist at Cable Plus Management Company.
Dawn Laird holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Western Washington University. Dawn also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution. In addition to their academic qualifications, Dawn has received several certifications. These include Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
