Deputy Managing Director at ATS Travel

Saleem Sharif has a diverse work experience in the travel industry. Saleem started their career in 1989 as an Assistant Manager - Finance at Air Asiatic. Saleem then moved on to work at Al Ghaith & Al Moosa Travel Agency as a Sales and Administration Manager from 1991 to 1997. Following that, they worked at Free Sky Travel as a Manager from 1997 to 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they worked at Arabian Air Travel Agencies in Dubai, UAE. Saleem then held the position of Sales and Operations Manager at HRG from 2005 to 2011. During the same period, they also worked as a Sales and Operations Manager at dnata. In 2011, they joined ATS Travel as a General Manager until 2014. Saleem then continued their career at ATG (AllStars Travel Group) as a Deputy Managing Director from 2015 onwards.

Saleem Sharif has a diverse educational background that spans several years. In 10th grade, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya in Gill Nagar. After completing their 10th grade, they moved on to Kendriya Vidyalaya in IIT, Chennai, where they finished their 12th grade. Following their schooling years, Saleem pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from the University of Madras, Qaide Millet College for Men, specializing in Accountancy, Business & Commercial Law, and Economics. Saleem later enrolled in the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, where they obtained their MBA degree in General Management & Marketing, culminating in the year 2006. More recently, Saleem embarked on further educational endeavors in the field of Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Saleem earned a Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from the Scottish Qualification Authority, as well as becoming a Certified Supply Chain Management Professional through the Chartered Management Institute. These accomplishments took place between 2021 and 2022.
