Mary Beth Schrudder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in life coaching, logistics, and business development. As the founder of Day One Life Coaching, LLC, and host of the podcast "Spiritual Transformation with Mary Beth," Schrudder specializes in transformational life coaching. With a strong background in logistics, Schrudder has served as an Independent Agent at Advance Transportation Systems, Inc. since May 2017 and previously held the position of Branch Manager at Dedicated Logistics Services. Schrudder has also contributed as an Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine and has a solid grounding in sales and customer service, having worked with organizations such as Mary Kay Inc. and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
