Kelsey Youldon is currently a Recruitment Lead at ATS Automation where Kelsey partners with senior leaders to develop sourcing strategies, coach hiring managers, and oversee recruitment for various positions. Kelsey also has experience as a Technical Recruiter at both ATS Automation and Randstad Engineering. Additionally, Kelsey has a background in sport development and training, holding the title of Lead Trainer at Youldon Group. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a focus in Business and Human Resources Management from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Algonquin College.
