Mandy (Vanderloo) Dugdale has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Mandy currently holds the position of Area Director of Sales and Marketing at Atrium Hospitality since September 2021. Prior to this, they had a successful tenure as the Director of Sales and Marketing at DoubleTree By Hilton Omaha Downtown from January 2015 to September 2021. During their time at DoubleTree, Mandy navigated pandemic recovery efforts, exceeded budgeted numbers, and provided support to the team during staffing shortages. Mandy also developed specialty sales efforts to surpass revenue goals.

In addition to their hotel experience, Mandy also served as a board member of the Ralston Area Chamber of Commerce from January 2010 to January 2021. Mandy was the President of the Heartland Chapter of HSMAI (Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International) from January 2011 to December 2013, where they focused on expanding membership.

Mandy's earlier roles include Director of Sales and Marketing at Magnolia Hotels from June 2013 to December 2014, Director of Company Store Sales at Godfather's Pizza from November 2012 to June 2013, Director of Sales and Marketing at Holiday Inn from February 2012 to November 2012, and Associate Director of Sales at Ramada Plaza Omaha from May 2011 to January 2012. Mandy also had a Sales Manager role at Sage Hospitality Resources from December 2007 to May 2011, and a Social Catering Manager role at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts from May 2005 to November 2007.

Mandy (Vanderloo) Dugdale completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from the University of South Dakota from 1993 to 1997. Mandy had previously attended Lewis Central High School from 1990 to 1993.
