Jude Reser, MS, SHRM-SCP is an experienced HR professional with a demonstrated track record of success. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for Hotel Operations at Atrium Hospitality since April 2022, Jude has led a transformative journey in rebuilding the HR team and enhancing the culture across 45 hotels. They have focused on innovating job profiles, restructuring compensation, spearheading employee engagement initiatives, and leading talent acquisition and compliance efforts. Prior to this, Jude held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Atrium Hospitality from May 2021 to April 2022, where they implemented various initiatives to optimize the recruitment process and increase candidate sourcing. Before joining Atrium Hospitality, Jude served as the Regional Director of Human Resources at another organization, where they managed HR functions and achieved well-managed labor costs while strengthening the regional management pipeline. Earlier in their career, Jude worked as the Market Director of Human Resources at Marriott International, overseeing a diverse workforce and managing the payroll process for multiple properties in Dallas, Texas. Jude Reser holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, obtained between 1989 and 1992. Additionally, Jude Reser obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College between 1998 and 2000. They are also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) by the HR Certification Institute and the Society of Human Resource Management.
