Maureen Murphy is a seasoned UX Design Strategist and Lead Product Designer with extensive experience across various industries, including manufacturing, pharma, and local marketing automation. Currently at Atrium, Maureen is leading the redesign of ServiceNow platforms to create a unified user experience. Previous roles include Lead UX Architect at Birlasoft, where Maureen modernized over 100 screens across legacy applications, and UX Architect at Berlin Cameron, where significant usability improvements were achieved. With a strong educational background, Maureen holds an MBA in Marketing and a B.S. in Marketing, Finance, and Communications from Fordham University.
