Shanel Bucher is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in employee relations and operations. Shanel currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources Operations and Employee Relations at AtriCure, Inc. Prior positions include HR Director of Employee Relations and Human Resources Consultant at Medtronic, as well as Human Resources Generalist at Gabberts Furniture & Design Studio and Human Resources Representative at Zamba Corporation. Shanel holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations Center, focusing on Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
