Rafael Hernando is currently serving as Responsable de Soluciones de RRHH at ATRESMEDIA since May 2023. Prior to this role, Rafael accumulated extensive experience at Oracle from January 2008 to May 2023, where responsibilities included Principal Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Staff Consultant. Key projects involved the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for various clients such as UNIR, Prosegur, and Santander Spain. Rafael has notable experience in consulting for both national and international projects, particularly with Peoplesoft HRMS. Earlier in their career, Rafael worked as a CS Developer at Meta4, where contributions included development in the R&D department and technical consulting in payroll solutions. Rafael holds a degree in Ingeniero Técnico Informática de Gestión from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
