Karina Martins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and arts administration. Currently serving as Executive Operations Manager and Executive Administrator at ATREG, Inc. since January 2019, Karina also co-founded Fresh Ground Pepper, a non-profit arts incubator that supports artists in developing new works showcased globally. Previous roles include Project Manager at Token Agency, managing finance and operations for blockchain startups, and Seattle Operations Manager at Nooklyn. Additional experience encompasses Production Manager at The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute, overseeing multiple productions, and Company Manager/Associate Producer at 3-Legged Dog Media & Theatre Group, where budget management for Off-Broadway productions was a key responsibility.
