Nicki Albers has extensive work experience in the risk services and insurance industry. Nicki has been with Atradius Nederland since 2014, where they serve as the Director of Risk Services for the Netherlands, Asia, Oceania, and Global Programs. Prior to that, they worked at Atradius NV from 2002 to 2014, holding various roles including Director of Risk Services for Northern Europe and Global Programs, Director of Risk Services for the Netherlands and Nordics, Senior Manager in Claims and Special Risk Management, and Manager in Special Risk Management. Before joining Atradius NV, Nicki Albers worked at NCM NV from 1997 to 2002, starting as an Underwriter and later becoming an Account Manager and Senior Account Manager in Bijzonder Beheer (Special Risk Management).

Nicki Albers attended Dalton Scholengemeenschap from 1982 to 1989, where they received their VWO degree. From 1990 to 1994, they studied Economics at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences and earned a Bachelor's degree. Afterward, from 1994 to 1997, they pursued their drs degree in Economics at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). In 2008, they attended INSEAD, participating in the Competitive Strategy Programme.
