Thomas Daris currently serves as Supplier Support Manager at ATR, focusing on customer satisfaction for a portfolio of OEMs including Collins Propeller and P&WC. Prior to this role, Thomas spent two decades at Safran, overseeing teams managing raw material, forging, and casting suppliers, while also leading performance improvement initiatives. Thomas's expertise includes supply chain management, process improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and technical leadership in combustion chamber projects for military and civil engines. Thomas holds a Doctorate in Aerothermics from ISAE-SUPAERO and an Engineer's degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d'Aérotechnique.
