Meredith Laray is an experienced account manager with a strong background in recruiting and staffing across both the public and private sectors. At ATR since August 2020, Meredith has led full lifecycle recruiting, partnering with client executives to develop scalable hiring strategies. Prior roles include senior technical recruiter and technical recruiter, focusing on sourcing and qualifying candidates for IT and mission support roles. Earlier experience includes an internship at Aon as an I/O psychology summer intern, where Meredith contributed to talent assessment projects, and a talent acquisition internship at C Evans Consulting, where efforts were directed toward enhancing onboarding processes. Meredith holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
