Sonia Dutt has a diverse range of work experience. Sonia is currently the Director of Social Media for both ATP Tour and WTA, starting in May 2021. Prior to that, they spent a significant amount of time working for British Airways. From February 2018 to May 2021, they served as the Global Media Transformation and Social Marketing Lead. In this role, they oversaw branding, creative development, strategy, paid media segmentation, and performance analytics for social advertising platforms across multiple markets and continents. Sonia managed a team, budgets, and media plans, and worked on major campaigns for the Olympics and partnerships with various brands and individuals. Before that, they held the position of International Social Marketing Manager (September 2015 to February 2018), where they developed multi-channel campaigns and a global social media strategy. Prior to that, they were the Brands & Loyalty Marketing Campaign Manager (February 2014 to September 2015), responsible for impactful communications and revenue generation. Sonia also worked as a Digital & Social Marketing Innovations Executive and a Project Manager for British Airways, where they handled multiple projects and managed stakeholders.
Sonia Dutt attended the University of Nottingham from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English. Sonia also received a certification in "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google in 2021.
