Francesca Pietroforte currently serves as the Group HR Director at Atos Group, a position held since 2019, overseeing HR management for Italy sites and coordinating HR functions globally. Prior to this role, Francesca worked as HR Director at Chromavis Fareva in 2018 and as Regional HR Manager for Flowserve Corporation from 2015 to 2017, managing HR operations across multiple sites in Italy. Francesca's earlier experience includes HR Director for the Tubes Europe division at Albéa Group and HR Manager for two Italian plants within the same company. Francesca began a career in HR management at Bolton Manitoba from 1999 to 2006. Francesca holds a Master Degree in Economics with a specialization in Business Economy and Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, completed in 1995, and a Classical High School Diploma from Liceo Classico S. M. Legnani Saronno, obtained in 1990.
