Gunilla Olofsson is an experienced professional in the field of customer support and healthcare. Currently serving as the Customer Support Manager for the Nordic region at Atos Medical since July 2021, Gunilla has a rich background with the company, having previously worked as a Customer Support Specialist and Innesäljare from March 1997 to October 2021. Gunilla possesses extensive product knowledge in laryngectomy care, focusing on ENT clinics, speech therapists, and users, along with technical equipment for ENT examinations. Additionally, Gunilla is skilled in strategic relationship management, aimed at both developing existing customer relationships and establishing new ones. Prior to joining Atos Medical, Gunilla worked as a trained nursing assistant at Region Skåne from 1988 to 1997, contributing experience within various ENT clinics.
