Yevgeniya Davis is an experienced leader in Customer Success with a proven track record in building and scaling teams across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of MidMarket Customer Success at Employ, Yevgeniya is focused on enhancing the MidMarket segment for Lever and Jobvite products. Previous roles include Head of Global Customer Success and Support at Regrow Ag, where Yevgeniya led a globally distributed team, and a prominent position at Asana, where Yevgeniya oversaw the growth of Enterprise and Strategic customers in North America and was instrumental in developing the Mid-Market customer segment. Yevgeniya's earlier experience spans customer success management at DoubleDutch and an array of marketing and sales roles at companies like Joby and Macy's. Academically, Yevgeniya holds a degree in Business Economics and Slavic Language & Literature from UC Santa Barbara, alongside a certification in Strategic Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley.
