Franck Serano is a seasoned professional in the air cargo and ground handling industry with over 30 years of experience. Currently serving as Cargo Director at Swissport since May 2022, Franck oversees operations for a company that provided services for 97 million airline passengers in 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Network Expert at GLG, where Franck advised equity companies on handling business investments, and Director of Operations Global Services Handling at Worldwide Flight Services, managing cargo handling services and station operations at Charles de Gaulle Airport. Franck has held various leadership roles at WFS, including Managing Director in Miami and General Manager in Los Angeles, where operational and financial successes were achieved. Additionally, Franck contributed to academia as a Temporary Lecturer at Université d'Aix-Marseille. Franck's early career began at Sud Est Air Service, providing customer service in air cargo operations, alongside education from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
