Emma Marriott is the current founding director of engineering at Atomic. Emma has also worked as a machine learning engineer at Waymo from July 2019 to December 2020, a software engineer at Google from August 2016 to December 2020, and a special projects software engineer intern at Salesforce from January 2015 to May 2015. Emma has also done consulting cybersecurity research for the California Department of Justice, eCrime unit from May 2015 to January 2016, and they were a cybersecurity intern for the DOJ e-crime unit from June 2014 to September 2014. Emma Marriott's research experience includes internships at ETH Zurich in July 2013 and Stanford University Medical Center from June 2011 to June 2013.

Emma Marriott has a Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning & AI from Stanford University. Emma also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Stanford University. Emma Marriott's high school diploma is from Henry M. Gunn High School. Emma was a preparatory student in Classical Piano at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
