John Hegele has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to 2023. John started their career as a Technology Consultant at Target, where they worked from April 2016 to May 2019. Following that, they joined Best Buy as a Smart Home Pro, responsible for Amazon retail sales and creating customized home experiences. John worked at Best Buy from May 2019 to May 2020. John then transitioned to IP Corporation, where they held various roles in the Information Technology department. John began as an Information Technology Support Analyst in May 2020, providing support, resolving employee queries, and assisting with data recovery during a ransomware attack incident. John was later promoted to Information Technology Support Lead Analyst in September 2021, where they prioritized and escalated end user queries, created SOP guides, and provided training to lower-level technicians. In February 2023, they became a Systems Administrator, supporting and administering the company's IT infrastructure. Currently, John is working as a Professional Services Engineer at Atomic Data, starting in June 2023.

John Hegele attended Mounds View Senior High School from 2013 to 2018 and earned a High School Diploma. John then pursued higher education at Century College from 2018 to 2021 and obtained an Associate's degree in Information Technology.
