Frederico Ribeiro Ramos has held various roles in the IT and business analysis fields since 1996. From 1996 to 2008, they worked at ABMES as a IT Manager and Project Manager. During this time, they were responsible for IT governance consultancy (Cobit 4.1) and IT management (ISO 20.000). Frederico was also in charge of IT process mapping (BPM) and other academic areas for the Institute's projects with private higher education institutions. From 2008 to 2012, Frederico worked at Instituto Latino Americano de Pesquisa Educacional as a IT Consultant and at Faculdade ILAPE as a Network Manager. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Intelit as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for mapping project portfolio processes, process mapping for implementation of ITIL SysAid tooling, mapping business processes and value chain, business process management training, project office specialist (corporate and departmental), development of project management methodology, maturity assessment, and implementation of a tool to support strategic management and projects. From 2015 to 2017, Frederico was the Co-Founder of Atom Planner, where they were responsible for the development of productivity and canvas products. Lastly, from 2017 to present, Frederico has been the CEO of Atomtech, where they are responsible for project implementation of PMO, creation of project management methodology, maturity assessment, project management, project management training, process mapping, support in improving processes, training in BPMN v2, CBoK (ABPMP) and Bizagi tool, training in knowledge elicitation techniques using BABoK (IIBA), requirements analysis, customer relationship, service level agreement manager, development of a blueprint for the customer - sitemap, wireframes, prototyping, and usability.

Frederico Ribeiro Ramos has an extensive educational background. Frederico began their studies in 1995 at Universidade Católica de Brasília, where they obtained a Tecnólogo degree in Processamento de Dados in 1998. Frederico then continued their studies at the same university, obtaining an Especialista degree in Desenvolvimento de Sistemas em Plataforma Cliente/Servidor in 2000. Currently, Frederico is pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Gestao Estratégica de Negócios e Mercados at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, Frederico has obtained several certifications, including Privacy and Data Protection Foundation from EXIN in March 2020, CBPP - Certified Business Process Professional from ABPMP in November 2018, PMO-CP from PMO Global Alliance in June 2018, PSM - Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org in September 2013, Cobit from ISACA in August 2013, ISO/IEC 20000 from EXIN in March 2009, ITIL from EXIN in February 2009, and PMP - Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute in September 2005.
