Fernando Possebon has been working in the technology field since 1991. Fernando began their career as an Analista Sistemas at SKA in 1991, and then moved to Bausch & Lomb Brazil as a Business Analyst in 1997. In 1999, they joined Sonae Distribuição Brasil as a Manager, where they were responsible for the implementation of Gentran plataform for commercial and financial information exchange (EDI). Fernando then moved to Tlantic SI as a Manager in 2004, and was responsible for the company's infrastructure and for implementing projects on enviroments designated by the Customers. In 2007, they returned to Sonae Distribuição as a Product Manager and Project Manager. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as an IT Manager at TMSA - Tecnologia em Movimentação S/A, where they implemented software for Incident Management and managed the migration of Protheus ERP version 10 to 11. In 2020, they began working as a Chief Technology Officer at both Entrada Segura and Atom Planner.

Fernando Possebon is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, which they began in 2020. Prior to this, they obtained a Gestão Tecnologia da Informação from Uninter. Fernando also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer Science from Universidade La Salle, which they began in 2003. Additionally, they have a Licentiate degree in Mathematics from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, and a certification from WPM. Fernando also holds a number of certifications from EXIN, Microsoft, and Microsoft - .Net Framework 2.0, Web Applications, including ITIL 2.0 Foundation Certified, MCTS: .Net Framework 2.0, Web Applications, MCTS: .Net Framework 2.0, Windows Applications, Microsoft® Certified Technology Specialist, Microsoft® Certified Technology Specialist, MCAD: Microsoft .NET, MCSD1: Microsoft .NET, Microsoft Certified Application Developer, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, MCTS: Biztalk Server 2006, Custom Applications, Microsoft® Certified Technology Specialist, and MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional.
