Wes Wells is the Founder and Managing Partner of Vandever Capital, a specialized commercial real estate investment banking firm established in July 2018 in Austin, TX, focusing on facilitating debt and equity financing from prominent global investors. Since May 2020, Wes has also been an investor at Atolla. Prior to Vandever Capital, Wes served as the Head of Capital Markets at Amherst Holdings from July 2016 to July 2018, overseeing $1 billion in equity and more than $30 billion in assets, and honed expertise in distressed assets at MountainSeed Advisors from February 2011 to November 2013. Wes began a notable career at CB Richard Ellis in October 2004, where rapid advancement led to co-founding the Recovery and Restructuring Services platform in response to the financial crisis. Wes holds a BA in Economics and Finance from Wofford College, obtained in 2004.
