Stefan Dabroski is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the tech and finance sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at AtoB since January 2024, Stefan previously worked at Sendwave as a Senior Backend Engineer, contributing to various teams including Payouts and User Onboarding, and leading the Market Launch team. Prior to Sendwave, Stefan held dual roles at Wave as Head of Fraud and Head of Growth, managing fraud prevention strategies and driving growth in remittances to Ghana. Earlier career experiences include a Management Associate role at Bridgewater Associates, where Stefan managed an internal talent management tool, and internships at Bridgewater and RYOT, where Stefan developed tools for recruitment and authored articles respectively. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Brown University and completed a program at App Academy in 2019.
