Nicholas Hoelker has a decade of work experience in the financial services industry. Nicholas started their career in 2010 as a Business Analyst at Capital One. In 2012, they joined Encore Capital Group as a Senior Operations Analyst and was promoted to Manager, Operations Analysis in 2016. In 2017, they moved to Uber as a Senior Risk Strategy Analyst and was promoted to Manager, Risk Strategy in 2020. In 2021, they joined Facebook as a Data Scientist and in 2022, they became the Sr. Risk Strategy & Analytics Manager at AtoB and the Owner of Hoelker Consulting LLC.
