Kelly Moore has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kelly is currently working as a Senior Analyst of Compliance Automation at ATN International since April 2022. Prior to this, Kelly worked at Atlantic Tele-Network, Inc. for eight years, starting as an Office Manager and transitioning to roles of Billing Analyst and Compliance Analyst. In their role as Compliance Analyst, they played a crucial role in increasing SOX ITGC compliance for multiple systems across three subsidiaries. Kelly also managed projects to ensure compliance with internal controls and best practices.

Before joining Atlantic Tele-Network, Kelly volunteered as an Administrator at a non-profit agency in 2013. Kelly supported educators in developing and launching a GED Study Program, prepared curriculum for various disciplines, and developed a database management system for tracking student progress.

Prior to their work at the non-profit agency, Kelly worked as a Field Support Representative at a non-profit organization from 2010 to 2012. During this time, they immersed herself in the local culture while studying abroad, developed intercultural competencies, and cultivated relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Kelly's career in the medical field began at SouthCoast Medical Group in 1997, where they started as an AR Representative and progressed to the role of Accounts Receivable Supervisor. In this position, they supervised a team of diverse employees and served as the administrative liaison for healthcare providers in various medical specialties. Kelly remained with SouthCoast Medical Group for over 13 years before transitioning to a new role.

Kelly Moore has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Armstrong State University, which they obtained from 1991 to 1996. Kelly then pursued a Masters of Art degree in International Relations and Affairs from Near East University, which they completed from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, Kelly has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including Project Management Foundations in August 2022, Cert Prep: ITIL Foundations in February 2019, and Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership in November 2018, among others.
