Chad Necessary has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Chad currently serves as the Director of Process Improvement at ATN International. Prior to this, Chad worked at Bank OZK for nine years, holding the position of Chief Information Officer. In this role, they led multiple operational support teams and transformed them into successful leadership teams through mentoring and development opportunities. Chad also created and staffed new support teams to meet the company's changing business needs. During their tenure, Chad oversaw the analysis and selection of the Fiserv Premier Core Software platform and managed its successful conversion. Before joining Bank OZK, Chad held various positions at Verizon Wireless, where they led the Corporate Systems team and assisted with the conversion of legacy Alltel systems. Chad began their career at Alltel, where they held the position of Director of IT Business Solutions. Chad managed the relationships with key business executives, mentored team members, and oversaw the conversions of acquired properties. Chad also played a key role in evaluating and selecting ERP solutions. Overall, Chad's work experience demonstrates their expertise in operations management, leadership development, team management, and system conversions.

Chad Necessary attended Harding University from 1982 to 1987, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting. Chad then furthered their education at Harding University from 1986 to 1987, obtaining a Masters of Science degree in Accounting.
