Jeny Obregon currently serves as the Director of Culture Transformation and Internal Communication at Atmosphere Core since April 2023. Prior to this role, Jeny held various positions in human resources and organizational culture, including Head of People and Culture and Human Resources Director at Banwa Private Island from February 2021 to March 2023, and Director of Human Resources at Cauayan Island Resort from April 2019 to February 2021. Jeny's extensive experience includes serving as the Pre-Opening Assistant Director of Human Resources at Viceroy Palm Jumeirah Dubai, Director of Human Resources at Outrigger Hotels & Resorts and Viceroy Maldives, and holding roles at BSPR and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Jeny's career began as HR & Training Manager at Taj Exotica Resort and Spa, Maldives.
