Brian Butler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in construction management and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Atmos Solutions, Inc. since February 2024, and as Associate Vice President of Construction at the District of Columbia Housing Authority since November 2021, Brian Butler has demonstrated strong leadership in overseeing significant construction programs, including a $1.5 billion initiative for District Public Schools. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager at AECOM and Executive Program Manager for the DC Department of General Services, where responsibilities involved strategic planning, community engagement, and project delivery enhancement. Brian Butler's career also includes project management at GCS, Inc., and leadership roles in design and architecture at Shinberg Levinas Architects and RKD Architects.
