Chris Felan is an experienced professional in the fields of rates and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Vice President of Rates and Regulatory Affairs at Atmos Energy since May 2006. Prior to this role, Chris held positions at Celanese Chemical from 2003 to May 2006, serving as Global Manager Reporting - Chemicals and Supervisor - Chemicals Reporting. Earlier experience includes a position as Assistant Controller at Armstrong from 2002 to 2003. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and Texas McCombs School of Business, both earned between 1986 and 1990.
