Molly Sands, PhD, is an accomplished professional in the fields of product management and research, currently serving as the Head of the Team Anywhere Lab at Atlassian. With a strong background in enterprise solutions and advanced analytics, Molly has held leadership roles such as Lead Product Manager and Lead Research Scientist at Humu and Market Research Consultant at Chadwick Martin Bailey. Additionally, Molly has experience as PhD Research Lead at Northeastern University, where academic contributions were complemented by work as a Development and Programs Assistant at Pine Street Inn.
