Andy O'Dore is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer for Growth at Atlassian since May 2024, O'Dore previously held the position of Staff Product Designer at Instacart, focusing on the development of a Marketing platform for retailers. Prior to this, O'Dore was a Product Design Lead at Meta, concentrating on enhancing internal tools to improve employee growth experiences, and a Design Lead at Curalate, where contributions were vital in scaling the design practice within an early-stage startup. Additional roles include Senior User Experience Designer at Think Company, Art Director at Inizio Evoke, Senior Designer at Power Design, and Designer at 20nine. O'Dore holds a BFA in Communication Design from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
