Andres Safdie is a seasoned executive in product development with extensive experience in HR technology and global payroll solutions. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Development at Atlas since October 2021, Safdie oversees the roadmap, design, development, and maintenance of HR technology products. Prior to this role, Safdie held multiple leadership positions at ADP from June 2006 to October 2021, culminating in Vice President of Product - Payments, where responsibilities included managing product development for the GlobalView solution, which serves multinational clients across 42 countries. Earlier career roles at ADP included Senior Director and Manager positions focused on application development and product management. Safdie's experience is complemented by a solid educational background, including an MBA in Business Administration from Universidad del CEMA and a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Economics from the University of Buenos Aires.
