A. Sofia Cala has a diverse work experience in the client experience and account management field. A. Sofia started their career at TransPerfect in 2014 as a Sales Associate, where they gained experience in sales and client interaction. In 2016, they were promoted to a Client Experience Associate Manager role, where they successfully saved $1.2MM of at-risk clients and improved visibility into regions with the most at-risk clients by synthesizing survey data. In 2017, they were promoted again to Client Experience Manager - Americas, where they collaborated on RFP wins and implemented strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service technology. A. Sofia also led client crisis resolution training and was responsible for customer service training and on-boarding.
